Map Description:
Hi again, another enclosed map, this time much larger, lots of custom items, with plenty of atmosphere. This map is quite symmetrical, so no team has an advantage. There is an underwater escape route to the back of the team spawn area, which brings you out further along the map. 5 entrances to the zone, 1 being from above, which is accessed via 4 bridges. Zone has destructable windows, which can be blown out, for that surprise ambush!! Plenty of ladders to get you to different levels and emplacements. It has been tested, no glitches or flashing as far as we could see, but if you do spot any let me know. Should be good for all character types, although only short range points for snipers, because of the custom colour fog, but it's not too dense. U2U me if you want a CTF version made, and if there is a good enough demand, I'll upload one and include it in the zip. Ratings and comments will be gratefully received, so let me know what you think. Cheers
Very nice work done and created on this one!!! I liked the idea of the short underwater back route that you provided!!! The one PSP suits perfect for the TDM and TKOTH versions!!! The zone is well made and designed with nicely accessable ladders to the russian embassies to collect zone points from above!!! Beautiful work with the arched bridges, fog color was nice for a different look and feel, sound markers were on the money, custom aztec coffin made with the single wall end pieces were inventive, custom made bridge was creative, I loved the shallow water around the arched bridges, etc-nice colors, the columns were set perfectly for a nice feel to the cyrpt type map, nicely made caged bars were cool, the destructable metal doors made into windows will add more access to defend or takeover the zone. I am very excited to see mappers open their minds and construct a map. Ideas and creativity are always a plus and refreshing!!! 10/10!!!

Nice work Bio!! A smallish map and I thought the zone was a bit large, but thats all that did'nt blow my hair back. I'm with Chaos and his comment of the map. I enjoyed the fog color and sounds, loved the wadeing pools, all it needs are goldfish...LOL! Deco is good without overdoing it, lots of shooting room and good roof access. Reminded me of an abandoned old monestary. Nice custom work and keeping the realism in place. This a keeper for sure!! You've outdone yourself on this 1, keep up the great work!! 10/10 from me as well!

Cool Map, 10/10 from me!!! Kind of remind me of some of the dungeon levels for the PC RPG Neverwinter Nights. I speciallly liked the sarcophagus and the custom-made bridge, but those gates where also nice. I had the same idea for one of my upcoming maps, but you where first :-) I really love these Evil, Hellish type maps. More of those!!! Good Work!!!

...a map is uploaded to the DFB database that leaves you speechless... this is one of them! Not many mappers can create this kind of map - familiar objects used with high originality and precision placement coupled with a rich imagination... this is one hell of a map!
Good to see you're back Bio! dz.

Very awsome map! However, not really much to say about it except 10/10. I liked the custom walk ways, passages leading to main battle area, custom walls, and multi-levels for campers to nade from, with plenty of access ways to each level. Spawns/PSP's are located perfectly for game play. Like fireant said the zone seemed a little bit large in size, maybe just one zone not 5. Sounds were on the money!!!! Nice atmosphere, which brings the map out alot! Its a must download for any server/mapper that seeks custom work! <------------------EmptyBlackStare

Very nice work here boyz.
The map is very clean and not cluttered with alot of unnecessary objects. Seem to me that the map was built for team play not just looking for a place to hide.
BUT...There is always a "BUT"....The purple fog i could do woth out. I i would have choose a diffrent color.(but i didn't make it...lol)
Very nice work !!!

Ok..Nice layout..Plenty of time spent here..
I'm with the others here, Top Work.. but, there's always a but..lol..
I'd prefer to see a bms for each game type, saves confusion with PsP's and Koth centres..when they are not used in a particular game type.
Spawn Points a plenty..but there's a trick to the deathmatch pointers as well, you can number them like you can an Area Trigger, 0, 1, 2, 3 etc..this way, you can control the spawning, making it so number 1 isn't near number 2 etc..
Also, seeing there is no terrain used, turn off the voxels in the general info, as it is, the PC is rendering the terrain you never see, this will turn the terrain off and save PC resources.
Great Work..You need a text file in with the Zip, with the DF Version, and game type, along with a description... that's what lost you 1 point..I insist on a text file, so I can refer to the game version..in case I misfile the zip..I have 4 different DF games on my PC..they all use bms files..9/10

Thanx for the advice, but I don't know what you mean, by turning off the 'voxels'? This sounds great as I didn't know you could turn off the terrain, but I can't see anywhere in the general info about turning it off. More insight would be greatly appreciated.
» You did this on an Unlocked Med ?!

You may want to visit the forums..and the download section. There's an "Unlocked Med" that shows extra stuff, and event code..download the 2.05C med from the BHD Download section, put it in the BHD install directory, then look at the general info..totally different....EE

But, I rate this way all the time, I rate as whole..a download..not just for the map..I have a set method. What if a newbie downloads a map..what does he do with it..?? With a text file, explaining who made the map, what DF version it's for, what game type..TDM etc..a brief description and installation insructions..So, it's the whole thing that really counts..If I download this, then store it with the other 2,000 maps I have, how am I gonna remember which one it was..when I want to run it again..a text file is a must..EE

this map looks like my grandma's ear hairs, and you won't see ear hairs like these in your life time.
We now have this map in rotation on our server. The thing I like about the map is its playability. It's fun with 6-10 people and crazy with 15+. I haven't seen it with 40 people yet, but I'll bet it a killfest.
