Map Description:

GWL wishes you all a very Happy New Year! This is our New Years Coop contribution! New Note 06 Jan 06... Ok we have a revision to the Father Time problem where he sometimes goes to psp instead of following player. Hope this works for everyone. Any problems contact us at www.gwl-squad .com. Enjoy the game! Ok you saved Santa, but now Father Time is in deep trouble, and if he is not returned home for the New Years transition TIME will stop dead in its tracks. Evil Time Bandits have captured him and have him trapped in a force field somewhere. They want time to stop so they can re-write history to their benefit. The UN has again called out Joint Ops to solve the problem! You have only 60 minutes to find him! Good luck and good hunting! We do have custom waves for this map which really make the game. Visit www.gwl-squad.com for waves. I wish we could put them in here but the wave files are way too big. If you have any problems with this map or any other GWL map contact us at our website and we will try to resolve the problem. OK then enjoy the game!

Verry nice map. Tested it this morning by myself, and was just going in to the last psp when i notice the timer on 1min, failure was a fact, will test it with some more ppl, and hope it end with a win this time, verry nice layout, some lag in the begining, maybe becuse all bg´s going to there 50cals. Bg´s on nasty spots, and some other thing that made me swear. Good info in the game. 9/10

Its a very nice map with a creative layout again guys.Yeah its really a little bit laggy at the beginning but its aceptable when u notice all this ramps and walls in the ring.The BGs are placed in nasty spots and the walls confused more than one player...to find the right way to the Targets.The maps runs/ended and cycled fine on our dedicated server.Only 1 thing what u have to fix...afetr we free FT he run out of the tunnel and right into the last spawn...in the little tunnelentrance.We lead the way ..but he run in and stucked.....8 Min before it ends....so we lose bec he dont want to come out.....not even for a Beer.But at all...nice Job 9/10

Ok we all did work hard on this to get it out before New Years! This game is for at least 3 players. We could not complete it with 2 players and we knew were everything was located and familiar with maze. Yea it is a bit laggy in the first part and we were trying to figure out why but not enought time. If anyone knows why and can tell me I will fix it ASAP as long as it we do not have to delete tubes up. LOL! With Father Time everyone should be helping get Father Time to helo. There is usually one guy Father Time likes to hang with if he is at PSP when FT is released then FT will run to psp. LOL! Hope everyone enjoys the game! Have a Happy New Year!




Slow at the start

What I do to speed the maps up is modify the wac file and place bad guys at various points in time. In other words I do not usually mount the bg to thier respective weapons just right at the start, say about 30 secs to 1 minute into the game. The bg's at the very first places in the game near the start are the exception. I place them before the game starts. If you build maps like mine with 255 bg then this becomes a lag point while the machines are placing bg's and starting them on thier rounds... etc... I'll have to get a couple of buddies together to give it a full go.

Had a lot of fun with this one. That maze gave me fits, especially when I'd get killed in it and have to go back and start it again. I had problem with the frame issue as well, but it was only on the 1st level and it really didn't get bad until I got around the Banyan trees. Anyway, it was fun and I'm not sure it ended properly but it ended. Keep ut the good work and happy New Year.

ok thanxs for the replys on this map we have taken what you have put and are in the process of sorting the glitch problem out and a new aternative to getting fathertime out of his tunnel if your could redirect your comments to us at out site that would be better for us on this map www.gwl-squad.com/forum theres also a sound pack that comes with this map also if you fancy hearing that it all can be got at our site we hope you can be patient with us on this as your enjoyment of our maps is high on our list thanxs again

Started with 2, ended with 3 but didn't finish in time so don't know if it ends well or not (I know failing the mission works). 1 hour is tough but maybe with 4 it'll be better. This one will stay in the rotation for another try. Thanks for a great map.

1 way to help ft find his way is by dropping a "5" (nade) christmas present under his bud, makes him fly straight out of the tunnel. btw very good solving of the 3 line consol problem, but what is the 0 for, should it be the seconds? Alpha finished the map with -20 seconds on the timer (because ft was almost in the chopper, but not in total) very good job PVT PARTS-ALPHA

Slick map, but I just can't seem to make it any further past the foliage just beyond the 'E' spawn point...whilst going it alone. Is there a way that I could possibly increase the game-play time of this map, as I'd certainly like to finish it...thanks? P.S. I'll leave a much better commentary once I'm able to complete the entire map, but I really like what I've seen so far...thanks.
