How do i Drive the vehicles with the mod?

how do i get in the vehicles, black hawks and stuff to drive them? And if you say do the training missions tell me what in the world the training missions are!!!!

In the download section..where you download the mod, is this text..

Controls for All Vehicles
----------------------------------------------------
Forward - Forward (Default key: W)
Reverse - Back (Default key: S)

Left - Strafe Left (Default key: A)
Right - Strafe Right (Default key: D)

Fly Up - Jump (Default key: Space)
Fly Down - Look Down (Default key: .)
