Black terrain problem....

Need some serious help here. I missed something but not sure what it was....

I am using a BHD terrain for a JO:E map I'm doing. I ran the tool to convert the .cpt file to JO format. When I run the map, everything is ok but the terrain is completely black. What step have I missed here...? thanks.
