From my mate Steve at Nova HQ..

PROBLEM:
When installing Delta Force ? Black Hawk Down, I get an error, ?An error occurred during the move data process.?

RESOLUTION:
You may receive this error if your windows user account is configured as a ?Limited User.? Either reconfigure the account to be an Administrator, or log on with an Administrator account to install the game.

What's the condition of your CD, any scratches, does it need a clean, does your CD player need a cleaner run through it?

Its not really scratched up at all. I could clean my disk tray a little bit. I'll let you know if it works.
