DFX MED for JO new Installer

I just finished a new installer for the DFX Med to JO..

Now the one installer will install to all approved JO versions..with options to install, or not install...

JO:TR
JO:ESC
JO:R
JO:IC
and the DFX Med Manual

DFX Med TO JO ALL

### EDIT ###

Does not work with JO:IC Version 4.1.2
