Jumping from zodiacs ??

My guys (AI's)won't jump out of the Zodiac. Is there a trick to this or do I have to teleport them onto the beach ???

Make the zodiac stop at the land sideways and have the ais exit via the side closest to the back. they cant get out from the front because ais cant jump!
