DFTFD - sysdump on new install

I am having a sysdump problem on a new installation of DFTFD on a new install of Windows 2000. I have all the latest updates to Windows 2000 and newest video drivers. This was the first program loaded on this pc and it came up immediately with a sysdump error when trying to run the program. I noticed this error comes up mostly when using added on maps, but I havent added anything. I did the game upgrade right after installing and that was it. Any suggestions?
