Umm Qasr terrain request

Hey, I need a terrain for BHD as shown in the diragram on the link. I do not need the buildings made and the city and all that, as I will do that myself, but i do need the terrain if anyone is up for it.

It will need to be a desert style terrain with the river and port running through it, as shown in the map
