how do I send mapsto the barracks?

hey, only wondering how to send maps into the barracks. And put screenshots in and all. Cos I may send some in about 3 weeks time, really good ones too.
So, plz tell me!

Ok firstly you will need only your bms file ,a text document breifly explaining your map and have a up to date screen shot of your map these need to be in a zip file then once you have done this you may submit your map only if all aplies to the submitting rules goto landwarrior submit maps and then follow all proceders
