Help with Mission Editor for DF:BHD

I need help with the Mission Editor for Black Hawk Down. How the heck can I made my buildings appear. I can see them on my overhead map, but it looks like I'm in an empty desert.

I've played with the Z settings and everything else I can think of. I need help.
