hey could u help me plz?

hey i understand just about everythinig on the tutorial on how to make terrain. i know how to find the cpt files and the trn files, but i am having trouble with ravens device used to export and import stuff. I am using the link on Terrain tutorials. I can get everything except the last part where i have to use ravens PFF utility, and his CPT thing. I need detailed instructions of where and what to look for and do if you could help me oout that would be great:D
