Problem Joining my server???

I´ve got a problem with my DFLW server!
Some people have problem joining.
When they try to join and the game says
Joining session they get an error.
Other people have no problem at all.
All of them is running Ver. 10.0.37
One could join with DFCommander but not trough IP4LW or Novaworld!
By the way what is Skins??(Could it be a Problem??)

Why does it not work for everybody????
