ok well if your on about the goals that appear when you press the g key these are created in the events and general information section of the editor.
Ill try to do a tutorial on that a bit later today for you.
now as for where to upload your map to for commenting on you can upload it to the map database. Click Map DBbutton at the top of this page.
one thing you will have to watch for is when you upload the map is to make ure you upload it to correct section if your map contains escalation
objects then it must be uploaded to the escalation section of the database.
Once you are in the map database scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see a button there called submit a map.
follow the prompts after that.
