Just to get back to the original question -

"I am making a map but i need to put dead bodies into it can some one tell me how i can do this"

The way I do it (in SP mssions as I haven't yet written any for other types) is to place your characters on the map where you want them to die and then assign them all to a group, I call the group 'Dead at start'. Then just set up an event that kills the group when the mission starts. Voila, dead bodies everywhere.

It's more effective than just using the wounded soldier because you can use all sorts of characters. The only problem I have found is that it only seems to work with friendly forces. Somalian soldiers and civilians do die but will disappear after a short while. Freindly soldiers remain on the map for as long as the mission lasts.

Havac os correct, you need the unlocked MedH or MedI to get the extra items that are not in the standard Med.

Thats what I suggested up here, now you have confirmed that it works.
