you cant jus start firing loads of ammo from ur sniper standing up or youll get your head kicked in.
stealth counts
does watching the target untill you think you have a good shot count as stalking your enemy

i have been trying to take ss's of my latest long shots my latest one was on a novaworld tkoth i cant remember the name of the map but its my fav its
the one thats got no buildings. well i was up in the mountin and i saw one of our snipers with a m21 shootign continously at a sniper far away well i
didnt actually see him but i new it was a m21 cos i could here it and it was firing quite fast but not fast enoutght to be any machine gun and i
looked where he was firing and saw a sniper and with one shot i took him out with my m24 and it said it was 800 or so meters away and i achieved a
sniper skil bonus of 17 or 18 points. and ha i used way less than the bloke with the m21.
m21 is a sniper that you dont need skill to shoot someone.
cos of its fast firing you can jus aim infront of bloke and keep firing
anyway ill get that ss

yes the m21 fires fast(its a modified M-14)
but its the least accurate of all available sniper rifles at range so id say you may have to be more skilled using it at 600M+
less skilled at closer ranges 100-300M

I dropped another guy last night over 1000 m recon it would have been around 1100 to 1200 m with m24...took 3 shots to pop him....
I snipe from croach position rather than prone, and side of object rather than the tops.
My stats for accuracy is around 28% which is good comparing to guys who play as a sniper.

mine was 1200m+ playing dragon forts for those that know that map with no auto elevation....one shot with the MCRT....probably the luckiest shot ive
ever made....i was i had a SS but it was on my old computer set up which i no longer have...i know i SS would prove it better but believe me or dont
believe me if you wish.

At the end of the day a shot over 900m is pretty much 95% luck 3% skill and 2% being in the right place at the right time.

ok this is probably them best ss that i have as far as distance for shot. its another from dragons forts....it doesnt have the scope up cause it was
end of game but i was shooting at the building way off in the distance there hope this shows something of what i can do....if not i'll just have to
get a new ss.

I've had a double kill from about 940 meters on Bush Whacked in stats server... Was laying on the hill about 500 m straight back from the spawn

well...
...you know the kick back on the rifle. It was actually up above the target after i shot, so i pulled the scope back down for the ss, apparently a
bit too far :P guy was on the horizon line

Yeah I know.
It was in bush wacked and I could only see his face...
But what I couldn't believe is that I got three snipers sat metres from each other on the same hill.
I didn't thank them cause that would have been rude but I got 3 consecutive 18 sniper points...
Can you beleive that?
