Hey Tiny.......Here is a suggestion......how about you resize your sig so it's in accordance with the rules.No SIGS over 30K..
No Avatars over 15K - additionally AVATAR MAX SIZE IS 60x60
Any sigs or avatars which are not in conformance should be removed from a users profile..

Well, he is right! it's just a bit too big!
Try this, I resaved it as a gif, it's just a tad over 30k.
Just save it down and repost it to your sig host.
