DF2 Problem.........
ok..i donno why this is happening but its lame
i install df2.. apply the no cd patch..or not and run df2 and all i see is a black screen and it never goes away but..
i can hear the music and my mouse going over the buttons in the backround...
im running winXP home addition and i have a GeForce2 MX 400
this has never happened before...
any idea on how to fix it..kinda pissin me off
ive posted this before but in the CB forum and got 1 reply and i see more people visit all the forums so im gonna try my luck here

are you talking about the movie that appears when you load DF2?? if you cant get past that.. just ctrl+alt+delete & end task on the movie.. & Df2
will load up... if thats not it.. maybe DeadBolt can help ya more than me LOL.

You might want to check to see if you are running hardware or software for your graphics. Most find using software better.
If you can not see your menus, then try opening your df2.cfg file in notepad. The file is found in DF2 folder. For software, video_type should be
set to = 1.
