hmmm

Not sure what you mean by same area as var?

do you mean the Area Trigger number and the music(var) thingy? cause I saw that somewhere and thought I had done so...

some music var areas will cause trouble if you try to use them as the same area trigger as a wac command

Let me get this straight then...

If I set the Area Trigger number it must be different than the Music(var3) number, yes?

Also what is the first # for, the second is for the area number right?

Wac commands will work in multiplayer, but only the helo events will wotk over a nova server, so if you want to use other commands, then all players must have the wac file in their game directory, with the /d command invoked.

Please remove this avatar, it is way to big, read the regs, 5k and 60 x 60 pixels.

Okay...

As requested I have removed the avatar, I will make another smaller file before I re-instate it.

As to the MP question, the map is intended to be used by my friends who will have all the files and a custom link with the "/d" command added.

If you know how it would be done via MP I would be grateful.

Thanks.

What, you need to know how to put the /d in action, or how wac files work?

Snnarea(#,#)

I wanted to know how the snnarea(#,#) can be used in MP because the first hash represents the single player but how would I ensure that the command detected any player during MP?

if event (x) - same as event code. If event (x) has been triggered, then....

if past (x) - if this many seconds have passed since the map started, then...

if chain (x) - if this many seconds have passed since the previous if statement in the wac executed, then...

if ssnloc (x,y) - if ssn x is within music(var3) area y, then...

Ensure that the area trigger points having music(var3) values of y do not have a number value of y as well, or the trigger is not likely to work. (eg: for Area "1", set the music(var3) values to any number but "1" for this to work).
