Tips please
Hi people,
I have BHD and I dont really play it b/c of the ping times. My ping times are very high when I play and i have a AMD processor. I got a pretty new
computer and i have a 56K modem
Do you have any tips on how to get my ping times down.

u cant get your ping times down. im on 56k also but i dont find it to bad playing. i just had to learn where abouts the person was wen trying to gun
them down.
the only thing that annoys me is the fact that i get major connection interuptions everyday which means i have to reload the game but other than that
its fine. best tip i can give u is how to play with high pings, not how to lower them, dont play in complete close quarters.

Yeah i try to stay away from cqb. I try to snip but i dont know how ppl can do it. sniping is not my style!

i fond sniping ok on 56k. of my 3500 kills on bhd over 1000 r sniper kills. i just shoot a little in front of em to hit them with 56k.

Hey, I run 56k here as well, have the same probs some times. We have a guy who serves maps for us, we had him edit the dfv.cfg file and turn off the
domaxpingcheck, so if you got a team mate serving, get him to do the same.

Well, it's really for the serving PC, but you can do it as well, open windows explorer, go to your BHD install directory, find the file dfv.cfg and
open it in notepad, scroll down to the multiplayer settings until you find domaxpingcheck and change the value from 1 to 0, then save the file.
