I think the game is great. The graphics are tight and its a well made game. I personally love the automatic aim for the snipers, unlike in DF2, where
you had to set the range of your bullet to be the distance of your target.

Well, I have been a DF fan for a long time and this is my favorite yet. That said, it irritates me that when I go online and ping rates load, it will
show a ping of 60 on a server, but when I join the game I see a ping rate of anywhere of 160-300 or so.... What is up with that? If it pings 60 for
me, that is what it should be when I am in the game..... Graphics great, nice additions..... If only they could figure out a way to keep the cheatin
asses out..... Tired of always hearing someone is just good or "lag".... Empty an M16 clip into their back they should die.....

No it's more of a assaulters game, there are no sniper goodies like a ghillie suit.
Auto nuts are everywhere! It's impossible to not be detected in a nova server. (Maybe due to gps hack?) It's definately not 'more of a snipers game!

BHD is a huge step forward in the df world. Before this df2 has been the only half decent game. Lets face it, LW and TFD were
[Censored]e. im glad to see this improvement and lets hope team sabre gives us all what we are looking for!

I agree BHD is the best DF game yet. I have all DF series except DF1 and I have been stuck in playing df2 because I dont like LW and TFD much. Now,
now, before all you react. I'm a sniper and I think LW and TFD is biased against us. It's just so easy for you to be seen with you as a black dot from
a distance. Where as BHD I can pick shot after shot without anyone seeing me from like 600m. The game is balanced for all players. Anyone with a given
character (Sniper, Gunner, Medic, CQB) can all have the same chance of making in to first place. I've been a sniper all my DF life and I would say
that BHD is the best one for snipers yet. :D
What I don't like about the game is that I live in the Philippines where dependable interent connection is unheard of. Usually I play but once every
few hours my connection gets cut for a few seconds and when my connection re-connects I get punted. This wasn't much of a problem for me on DF2 as I
just wait for my connection to be connected and it will be just fine. I really hope they turn off that high ping - punt action. I don't think I'll
ever play a match knowing that I can lose it for my squad because I can be punted anytime my connection acts up.

O.K, BHD was actually the fist delta game that I got, but I have them all now exept TFD (which is apparently quite poor).
I can say without any doubt that it rocks. The new 3D engine is far supirior to many of the others, and the missions are superb. It has managed to
retain the great delta force gameplay.
It also makes a nice change to have a realistic, war game, where you don't have to always watch your back, and where you don't die in 2 shots (like in
Operation Flashpoint and Ghost Recon). The only improvements that could be made is for it to have a better map editor, and then it would completly
rock.
What would be good if Nova took the new 3D engine, and re-released DF1 and DF2, with the graphics re-done with the new engine.

BHD is GOOD game, but i still think DF2 is better, if you can find a cheat free server, i would prefer DF2 to BHD any day!! As i am a sniper i find in
BHD that i stick out waaay to much, this allows every one and any one to see me. Where as in DF2, it much eaiser to hide in the grass.

Very good
Its a very good game, but for some reason I prefered Land Warrior, prob the missions (Like the one where you had to clear comm place without damagins
anythings, theres lots of ways to do it, snipe from the hill, use an automatic weapon and run it, sneak in etc. And I also liked the way you had to
adjust the scope for range...)
I love Black Hawk down though, the helos and other vheicles are brilliant (Thats one thing I disliked, having to run long distances to another
waypoints in a few missions in LW). The graphics are amazing (Even on my old TNT2 it still runs smoothly with the options turned down, even on big
missions with lots of buildings and people etc).
Also the mission editor it great (Much better than, say the Ghost Recon one that I find impossible to use..)
I really don't see why so many people give it bad reviews... Wonder how many of them have played it, a few I'd guess.. *Sigh*

Excellent game!!!
I have to say this is an excellent improvement to the other Delta Force games. It has superb graphics and the gameplay is wonderful. I have yet to
come across a cheater since I started and I have had it since it came out, possibly luck possibly I just haven't noticed. There are of course a few
flaws but none that I find I can ignore completely or don't even notice while playing. Like the grass for instance: if you are sniping in the grass in
a hill no one sniping back sees it so it is completely useless cover! Anyways besides those little things I would prefer BHD over any of the other DF
games out so far, no matter what position I play. When you get used to it the mission editor is a great tool to use and has oh so many options! The
main thing I really enjoy is the simple fact that you can lean! I mean none of the other DF games give this option and it is a most handy feature!
Anyways that's all I have to say! Later all :D

BHD SUCKS AZZ
What a HORRIBLE Game, Commando we are not talking about Historically accurate [Censored] your talking about, This is a GAME. 1st of
all THE AI is SO RETARTED, ENEMY AND TEAMATES, please they were only trained to shoot and reload, my teamate and the enemy would look at eachother and
fire 5 seconds later the other direction... Plus NW has been Screwing up on all there DF series games! The only good DF games were DF1 and DF2, LW was
a joke, TFD was embarrasing, BHD was North American Game of the Month of April.... PLEASE how gay is that! The Maps in BHD are Horrible! DF has been
known for there huge environments of Jungles, Vast Deserts, and Snow maps! In BHD it ALL LOOKS THE GAY SAME! Novalogic doesnt seem to get the
point...You know NW is keeping on Screwing up because they develope whole new games so quick! Now they understand that BHD is missing out in Jungles
and Other [Censored] like that, Why do you think there making Team Sabre and Joint Operations, WHICH THEY BOTH LOOK LIKE
[Censored]! Ever since LW DF has went the other way , I feel like Im another noob playing CS. If you guys think BHD is good you
havent played a REAL FPS Sim! BHD May Be Historically Accurate, but I speek for all when I say Who gives a [Censored]? Theres nothing
knew in BHD just the same old same old...And Frankly it is getting OLD. Guys truly BHD Sucks, it may be fun, but if your rating it as a FPS Sim, its
HORRIBLE. BTW The Player Models in MultiPlayer Look Horrible compared to in Single Player... Let me tell you Single Player is Pretty Good, but when
you go play MultiPlayer its horrible... Remember the good old DF1 and DF2 Maps? Huge as hell, Sniper Friendly, and Different Terrains like Jungle,
Desert, Snow, even fighting in a freakin Lake in DF2! Novalogic has the good idea but they keep screwing up, if they could make a game like DF1 or DF2
but with the new graphics engines and a Smarter AI, it would be a HIT.
I did not post this to flame anyone, only to give my honest opinion...

I want to ask you if you have even tried making any maps or seen the possiblities availible with the AI. In DF2 I don't think the AI was any better at
that! I mean there is a limit to what you can make them do, but you CAN make them do things. Some people just don't realize that you CAN make the AI
do sophisticated things. I mean they aren't human! That is the real reason they aren't perfect. But even so I was surprised at what you can do with
them. I don't want to sound like your opinion is wrong but I just think you haven't really looked at everything the game offers. In multiplayer I
realize that there isn't a single map that has a real different type of terrain but this game is based on operations in the desert so that is mainly
why NovaLogic didn't make other terrains. That is the reason they are coming out with the Expansion. Also what you said about the player models in
Single-play and Multi-play, I know you are entitled completely to your own opinion but I have to disagree. You said that DF2 is much better and all, I
do agree that DF2 was a great game but IT is even getting old now, if you think about it. Did you even bother to compare the maps and player models
from BHD to DF2? The characters are much more realistic and have better (not perfect I might add) but better posture and movement! This game is not
made for snipers I also want to point out. I have seen a lot of sniping maps and they were good tries but nothing compared to DF2. But the CQB maps
are excellent and have tons of action! Also I notice you mentioned that DF:BHD is historically accurate and I just want to point out that DF:BHD is
almost the complete opposite. If you actually read about Operation: Restore Hope in any books you would learn that the Novalogic team tried very hard
to put in what happened into the game and succeded to a point but also the majority of the game was of Novalogic's own version and vision of the
incedent. I really do not want to turn this into a Rant or Rave but I want to protect what I believe is true about the game. It is not perfect to any
strech of the imagination and I do agree with what you have to say on some aspects, but I feel you have not done your homework properly on the game.

BHD SUCKS STILL!
DF2 and DF1's Singleplayer were Horrible!
DF1 came out about when Half Life came out...but what I am saying that DF1 and DF2 are MULTIPLAYER GAMES, LW, TFD, and BHD Are all ARCADE
SHOOTERS...Its so unrealistic and boring.. People do like the game, only because of the new graphics and [Censored]... DF1 was
multiplayer game of the year of 1998... remember that! The only NovaLogic games I play are DF1 and DF2... because atleast they have some type of
realism... Just imagine DF1 and DF2 with the graphics of BHD? Grass, Hills, Desert, Jungle, Lakes, Ocean... all that stuff wouldnt that be better?
DF1 was named a " Sniper Game" and DF2 is basically a expansion of DF1 with new models and grass.... DF1 and DF2 are the only TRUE Delta Force games
out there.... LW, TFD, and BHD are HORRIBLE.... Right now LW is selling for 4.99 as a Classic, They dont even Sell TFD now, and Novalogic is coming
out with a WHOLE NEW title Called Joint Operations that LOOKS exactly like BHD but in a Jungle.... You guys need to play Ghost Recon, Soldier of
Furtune 2, Battlefield 1942, and Medal of Honor.... you will like these QUALITY games so much... The only cool thing about TFD is the Menu...
PLEASE... Black Hawk Down is so embarrassing.... anyone who plays it is....
Please atleast play some good games while wasting your lives at...

jesus christ dude, novalogic came out with the whole "DFBHD" thing TO SUPPORT U.S AND COLLATION GROUND TROOPS WHO WERE KILLED IN SOMOLIA, remeber that
when ur posting, plus they gave funds to those who were killed the families. I have MOHAA AND SP and ya i consider those good games but nothing like
the historical facts like BHD, come on Allied Soldiers Stealing a King Tiger in a middle of a battle? come on that never happended, Allied
Paratroopers jumping into Holland on D-Day? that was totaly bs, If u say Holland wtf are u talking bout dude? the first scene when u meet up with the
brits there is a wind mill and the next one where u gotta take out 88's another windmill, i dont think France has windmills, the 501st Regiment of the
101st m8, were to take Ceartan (sp) adn St Marie de Come, and they were never ever dropped near British Lines, every single American AB division were
dropped in thier lines not one single American was dropped with the brits on D-Day, http://www.army.mil/cmh-pg/BOOKS/WWII/utah/utah5.htm, another thing Battle of the Bulge, Do u think the Americans would have German Weapons in the
battle? NO! they always carried american weapons and if they ran outta ammo they took the ammo of the dead american troops, "In view of the uncertain
situation, he suggested that he be given "mission-type orders" which would permit his 501st Parachute Infantry some flexibility of action. McAuliffe
agreed, as did Middleton, but the latter still hoped that the roadblock defenders at Allerborn, eight miles to the east on the Bastogne road, would

was to the west and the enemy was right infront of them, plus why would u fly a Observer plane to "land" at a russian airfield, do u know where a
russian airfield was, the closet one it was about 15 miles from berlin and the Bird Dog flew from american lines? the nearest american airfield was
like near the german belgium border, it wouldve crashed on german held teritory, and one more note, even with the allies had captured a nebelwerfer
they wouldnt know how to use one, the only town attack that the 501st made was one week earlier on a town near St.Vith and that was with american
weapons and Tank Destroyers. plus the Luftwaffe never dared to flying during the early mornings cuase they were afraid of AA gunners from Bastogne
shooting them down thus the Germans only flew limited sorties. so when ur making these inacurate game post plz consulte something b4 posting, and plsu
check foruoms in Gamespot, one guy who had it played it out for WW2 vets and the vets laughed cuase it was so inacurate, where are the jams and the
ironsights, where are the German bodies littered where are the tanks, plus DFBHD was made by soldiers who were in the war in Somolia. so plz dont burn
the game out without consulting anything cuase i would back DFBHD up and add historical Facst to ur "not so accurate history" plus i agree with sniper
Novalogic did there homework asked ppl who were on teh raid asked DND to provide historical background asked those who were in the battle and familles
of lost loved ones, how bout MOH? huh did they do there homework when they were staling a kingtiger? plsu the Team AI in MOH is worse u have a guy 5m
infront of u the guy shoots way off have u ever looked at that? in SP guys are 2 cm apart they shoot over there heads, what do u think bout that?

You dont get the point commando, I speak for everyone when I say no one gives a [Censored] if its historically accurate! none the
less BHD! Do you think people are buying BHD cause its good to get to know what happened in 93? Hell NO! There buying it because theres a guy with a
big ass gun shooting other guys with guns, thats the only reason! Commando this is a game, not a History Museum, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! BHD Still sucks in
SO MANY WAYS!

Hmmmmm
Well, just got the game to run after installing an 18mth old ASUS 7100 64Mb card instead of my 18mth old ATI radeon 32Mb. Nova are full or c%&p when
they say my old card is supported. What they mean is 'if you're lucky, it will run'. Needs at least 64Mb card it seems.
Anyway, single player looks good, graphics are better than TFD, which I play all the time. Weapons are realistic (yes, I do know what they feel/sound
like...enough said  ).
So far so good, but I'll reserve final judgement until I try it online.
