Tip: Making Arty event with IC Howitzer
I put 1 tip to make Arty event with IC mod.
I think "ammorain", "ammoarea(#)" .wac commands don't work for MP games.
Because clients can't see it.
I wish you try inserting a surprise event into your map with this method.
1.) You place Howitzer/Howitzer Turret 1185m away from your desire place getting artillery roung.
2.) Attach Red Team A/I to Howitzer turret.
3.) Place 1 dummy Blue Team A/I front of Howitzer. Blind & Indestructable.
It is not too close, not too far. It is within gunner A/I's Max Attack Distance.
4.) Make Howitzer gunner to exlusively target dummy A/I.

Be careful of 2 things.
- Howitzer doesn't have accuracy.
- Howitzer round make the kill zone of 22~40m radius.
And another, Howitzer round is limited to 20 rounds. I imagine if there is a mod focused coop/sp games.......

Try in the training mode with IC mod.
Howitzer round will be dropped when you are near the armory.

More info.
Howitzer gunner needs team assignment.
If he is Blue, Red person gets the damage.
If he is Red, Blue person gets the damage.
If you want to make event with over 20 unlimited artillery rounds, kill gunner A/I & Howitzer by eventing before all 20 howitzer rounds are fired.
Approx. 250 sec for firing all 20 rounds by A/I.
Howitzer rounds will be reset to 20 if gunner & howitzer are killed before 250 sec.
Artillery event will be repeated.

Thanks for the info. I just test-played the map that you are currently working on with some pals.
Your use of artillery was realistic! It was a force-magnifier for those few scout-sniper teams on that initial ridgeline.
The enemy artillery was "danged" by all but it continued until we eliminated that last "spotter" (scout-sniper).
Very realistic indeed.
