A few days ago I drove up to some poor dumb soul with my buggy and just before I married him to my bumper, he turned to fire at me with his SAW and I
noticed he was carrying and fireing his weapon with one hand. I asked how he managed to carry his weapon in such a fashion, but got no reply.
Anybody else seen this? Whats the deal? Funky new mod?

did he carry it one handed throughout the game? because it sounds like it was the way the player character animated when he turned.

Its a glitich in the game, happens when exiting the vehicles, used to be rare, now its all over. Usually upon respawn it fixes itself. (if not, i dont
think theres anything out of the ordinary, just need to reset game, and rejoin). * Also, it could be happening to you on occassion, ie: you can't see
it on your end when its your character, i have had people on ts point this out.
