I can get the first one to work, I can't get the 2nd one to work, Can any one tell me why

also I've found if you have the mortars to start when an event is triggered they work great.. like this

if event(#) and never() then
if Random 5 then
ammo2tgt(ammo_AI_MORTAR,1)
endif
