Help... med acts weird!!
Got Windows XP, Fresh installation... Got the MED program, and i was urging to continue some maps i've started to make on my old system...
So, i got the bunch and clicked on my MED program...
you might have felt him coming: It wouldn't open..
And Yes i downloaded the DF:LW: MEDc Version 1.92b, but still the same...
I see the program loading, and as sudden as it appeared, it disappeared... weird eh?
I asked some fellow mapmakers, they had no problems... But i don't seem to be able to get it running... what the **** am i doing wrong??? If someone
can and wants to help me out, please do so.... I'm getting desperate here...
I'm using windows XP Pro without the SP2, got 512 megs of RAM and got 300 megs free (more then enough) screen is 1600x1200 and PC is fast enough... I
don't see what the problem is? Conflicting software perhaps...
Anyone got an idea????

hmm were your old maps that you are carring on with made with the med version 1.92b ?
if you have the exported versions of the maps u were making from tests
download the mission converter and try converting the maps from BMS to MIS files and then try opening the coverted files
just a suggestion let me know if it works
note if they were not made with the 1.92b version of the med that may be the reason but i doubt it

Found it was another problem, Med only works on a resolution of max. 1024x768... I had mine on 1280x1024 (on my 23" screen), so i had to turn the
resolution down to get it to work...
Thnx to Old Man for the quest to go look for the problem... :D
