Does DF:BHD Unlocked Mission Editor 2.05c From Pappy include new items?????????

what do you mean by new items? sure 2.05 has unlocked items that 2.06 doesnt, but some iitems will either need a MOD or BHD/TS installed to be
seen/used

There's a couple of items you can see, like the wounded soldier..
It's mainly the events that are unlocked, like the play part animation, which is not in the 2.06b
