DFLW&DFTFD joining lockup.

I have updated everything, im not on a router, my firewall if off. i open dflw and get the virtual memory message(like i did on other comp where dflw&dftfd worked). i try ti join a server and it locks up on joining session

i have read some things and other people had this same problem with their new computers. i didn't know whether anyone figured out what this problem was so i came to ask you guys

http://www.dfbarracks.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=31699 was this the error? Virtual memory typically points to the size of the (ram or harddrive, not sure which).

i get the message too when i open something about the virtual swap memory is not enough and that i may have to turn down the settings. But my virtual swap has been checked and it is more than enough.
