If it didn't work, then your problem is with your system, not the download..

Did you put it in the DFLW install directory?!

Works fine on my PC..

You'll need to look at system memory, background tasks, desktop resolution at least 1024 x 768..etc..

How much system Ram do you have?

Do an Alt-Ctrl-Del, and bring up the Task Manager..on the Status bar at the bottom, how many tasks are running?

Guys put the new file INSIDE the Land Warrior folder. And if you don't know how to do that then you should take your computer back to the store.;)

Just download the new med version from: ttp:/ /www.dfbarracks.com/downloads/index.php?action=df&fid=126 . Open the file and right click on the med program click copy then go to the LandWarrior program file located in C\programfiles\novalogic\landwarrior

Then paste the med in that folder.

Hope that helps!

Got Windows XP, Fresh installation... Got the MED program, and i was urging to continue some maps i've started to make on my old system...

So, i got the bunch and clicked on my MED program...

you might have felt him coming: It wouldn't open..

And Yes i downloaded the DF:LW: MEDc Version 1.92b, but still the same...

I see the program loading, and as sudden as it appeared, it disappeared... weird eh?

I asked some fellow mapmakers, they had no problems... But i don't seem to be able to get it running... what the **** am i doing wrong??? If someone can and wants to help me out, please do so.... I'm getting desperate here...

You must put the exe file into the game install directory..

It can't open if it can't find the game resources..

This is one of the reasons i didnt update to XP from Win2k pro, though games do work better on XP in alot of cases and your pic files have thumbnails, but it is not quite as reliable and has more problems than win2k. Also another thing i hate about it is it looks like something from fischer Price! until you set it for classic.

Maybe thats why win2k pro cost as much as XP pro and is several years older?

the most common location is C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Land Warrior incase anyone needs to know what the directory is in most cases. If you changed the directory on install then you should know this.

This is the game directory: C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Land Warrior

Open windows explorer and type in C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Land Warrior in the address bar.

Unzip the file to C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Land Warrior

The file path to the game directory is: C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Land Warrior

C: is the hard drive, each \ signifies a folder that you must open.

Put the Dflwmedc192b.exe into this location: C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Land Warrior

This what we mean by "You must put the exe file into the game install directory.."

Found it was another problem... My screen has a resolution of 1280x1024 (23"), but it onlu works on a max. resolution of 1024x768.

I had to put the resolution down, and it worked like a charm. Thnx to Old Man for the solution to this problem. ;)
