Well, there isnt one. There are some terrains that have some flat bits but not much.

Actually there is a flat terrain. But everyone playing the map has to have it installed. I'm making a map using this terrain now. I'm going to include it in the zip file, so it will go into the folder with the map. I don't know if linking is allowed, but you can get it ...

Don't add the terrain to the map..it will be a huge download..and I'll get upset..the map limit is 300k..it can be higher..but if you post a 4.5 meg zip..I will delete it..

I can post the terrain here, if I get permission..you can mention that in the text file that comes with your map..

I have downloaded the terrain..but haven't had a chance to look at the file yet..I've had a hectic week..and it doesn't look like easing up..I'll take a look asap..
