Multi Map submission solution?
Can we put more than one map in a zip file? I mean for submision to database. This would allow some to upload a few maps at once without bumping
others from first page as fast.

Map packs?
Is it really a map pack if it is AAS, TDM, TKOTH etc. versions of the same map? Nothing is more annoying than seeing 3 submissions in a row of the
same map with different game types. Isn't that why there are checkboxes which allow a mapmaker to select multiple game types when submitting a map?
In my opinion, these should be treated as updates and not new map submissions.

no that isnt a map pack if the map has the same layout just the game type has changed then you can include all three bms or npj in the same
submission.
But if you had say 6 maps totally diffrent layouts in the same file that would be a map pack.
ill have too double check it with admin but that is what i believe

Chrislew200, In single play with two maps where first one runs into second one via a link, would this be considered as a map pack or would they have
to be uploaded seperately.
Thanks

I would think that since they are linked together, they should be in the same zip file, and wouldn't be considered a map pack.

Hm. I'm thinking over rewieving three of my maps. There are no major bugs reported but after a while playing some improvements of the gameplay are
needed and some minor bugs and spelling errors are found. Do I have to rerelease all three maps seperate or can I make a fixpack? The maps are all
released in the map db before.

You should update using the "my control panel" at the bottom of your map data base screen..
This will not however put them on the front page..
