Hey, i couldnt get my avater to upload in sqaud cp. I have the ava in .gif format and meets the height and length requirements.
The error i get is: We were unable to convert the image you submitted, please try and resubmit - if you continue to have troubles please contact the
site admins.

make sure there are no spaces in the file name and make sure its small enough in kb.

its only 15kb...
would it matter if it wasnt animated?

nah wouldn't matter about being animated or not. just make sure no spaces in the name.
