Big Team Sabre problem
Hey ppl.
A few days ago I purchased Team Sabre.
I installed it, but then I got the problem that I couldn't play stats. I emailed Nova about it and they emailed me back with the right solution (if
forgot the general update  ) noob me...
So I started playing. But this time, I tried to shoot with the G3, I got kicked off the server after firing 3 shots with it (G3). I also tried PSG-1
and G36, but still the kick.
So I emailed Novalogic again. They told me to run another clean install. I tried, and it worked. But then I changed my key defaults (like walking,
shooting and that stuff, what key to use). And now I can't use the weapons anymore. So i'm back at the start. I also tried to change the key settings
again, but nothing helped.
In total I reinstalled around 4 times now but still nothing.
I HOPE ANYONE HERE CAN HELP ME OUT, IT WAS MY LAST MONEY . I would really, really
appreciate it very much if someone could help me out with this..
P.S: The key is real, fresh of store, and its accepted at the registry.

Try yet another install. But this time delete the entire Novalogic folder (after the uninstall, of course) and if that doesn't work you could try
deleting the following registry key (BE AWARE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DO. OTHERWISE LEAVE IT): Both are name LeaderTech. One is named Novalogic, the other
PowerRegister.
Just a notice: you might want to have another stivk of 256 MB Ram if you're using XP.

Yeah, the Ram is way low, but, did you remap the "CTRL" key?
If you did, then that can be a problem, and you need to read this post..

Oh bugger lol.. the RAM. I knew I was supposed to mention that to him (I sent this guy here when he asked me about the problem over MSN). XP needs 256
as a bare minimum to run smoothly am I right?

Not to be off topic here: but 256 is the bare minimum...but it would slow down a lot...because in fact DFBHD starts to use virtual memory...hd space
as ram. Trust me...at least 512, with 512...big noticible difference when loading games and exiting out of games.
With 256....you could set it at most to the medium settings on some, and dont think about playing games with lots of objects.

So I can't play it because my RAM is low or that I remapped my ctrl?

Buy another 256mb stick of RAM, or a 512 if you really want those games to fly 
256 sticks are pretty cheap, £25?

I cant believe how cheap some people are lol.. no, this is the only problem. Your computers memory is just not up to it as it is.. you need more. So,
if you want the problem fixed badly enough you will pay the small charge for more memory. If you are not willing to fork out, you cant want to play
the game that badly

Hm...you could. But an optimizing of your OS (Operative System) would probably be needed, like registry tweaks, vcache settings etc etc. and it still
won't run ok with XP as OS.
Perhaps your graphics card is not good enough. Tell us what you have.
But do buy that 256 MB ram...at least. You'll need it now and later.
BTW, do turn off any program that runs in the background like ICQ, MSN, antivirus, TS etc. Those things eat your system resources and some of your ram
too.

BTW, I just remember it worked when I had default keys. Then I changed and it didnt work anymore. Mayb IT IS the ctrl thingy. ill try it...

*crying* well so I got my new 512 MB extra, but I still have the same problem . These are my specs as they are now.
Intel( R )
Pentium( R ) 4 CPU 2.00 GHz

I also tried the "Ctrl-fix" thingy (<-Eagle) But it still didnt help. ANYBODY PLZ HELP ME!

Now are your weapons showing or not?
are you choosing your weapons via keyboard or via mouse scroller? If its via mouse scroller then download the userdef key by going to
nova-logic.com...
If not then its read the above posts, as you'r going to need to spend a bit of cash.......

Yes, the weapons are showing, but when I fire 3 bullets, I got kicked from the server. But anyway, ill try the userdef thing.

Oh and also, I downloading it from this forum already, I can scroll through weapons
THIS IS WHAT MY PROBLEM EXACTLY IS:
IF I GET INSIDE AN ARMORY AND I SELECT A TEAM SABRE WEAPON AND WHEN I AM TRYING TO FIRE BULLETS I GET KICKED AFTER 3 BULLETS!
Understand? I dont have any problems with scrolling weapons or anything, just the getting kicked thing...capiche?

HMMMMM
have you tried using these weapons in single player??? if they work in SP it could be a conflict with server
try hosting and using the TS weapons
have you tried joining both a TS server and a BHD server if so do you get the same results with each?
if it happens in SP and MP it maybe a conflict with the game and your OS, maybe a bad copy of the game , or a bad BHD install or update(not TS) try
updating game via start menu ive had problems from updates off websites
(nova included)
