How do I use effects in the med?
I've been looking for the answer to useing the effects that are listed under Decorations in the med....example fx_med10, which is
FX_fogmist_groundlayer_10x10x1m_Light.
Could someone answer how these work please?

Simply select and place them just like any other object/building/decoration/etc. in the med.
Does that help?
