How to set A/I angle of fire

I know that I'm getting older, but I just can't find the command to set the enemy A/I in a tower to shoot down upon the player. I've searched this forum and a few other websites for it, but nothing so far.

Wasn't there a command setting to use in the WAC to enter a neg value for the angle of fire that forced the A/I to aim down upon the player?

Right now I've got a a sinlge player map with some guards in a tower. When the player gets within range, the guards shoot. But they seem to do it poorly.
