Nova released it's latest update today which all you have to do is update via the game update

Development Notes:
Version Update
1.2.0 Additional Cheater validation checks
1.2.0 Fixed erroneous punting problem
1.2.0 Minor tweaks to a few single player levels
1.2.0 New Host option that allows the server to choose as to whether teammates set of friendly claymores
1.1.0 MP: Claymores at spawn point no longer crash the server
1.1.0 MP: Claymores now respond to friendly fire option and are not set off by teammates.
1.1.0 MP: MP flag respawn and zone color issues have been addressed
1.1.0 SP: Anim fixes for Windows XP machine
1.1.0 SP: Minor fix to goals on SP mission Radio Aidid
1.1.0 SP: Waypoint fix for Diplomatic Immunity

Will this affect the update put out by devilsclaw the other day which allows Coop play?

Yes this has affected the Master Addon by Devilsclaws, just so you know the reason it's called Beta by DC is he will be updating it as needed. Actually any update by Nova will affect all programs written by everyone to inlcude BMS-MIS converter, BHD Join Tool etc and most importantly will affect cheaters and trainers as the updates will be continuously by Nova with a new cheat block in each update.
The BHD Join Tool and BMS-MIS Converter are already updated to support BHD FV 1.2.04

You're(DFBarracks) welcome for the No-CD patch, considering I wasn't given credit for the work I put in. At least a little credit would have been nice.
