BANNED ME in 2 min.

I felt like a game of Landwarrior today so I proceeded to the first sniper server I saw and it was NC SNIPERS. I am not a sniper by trade but like to go in as a woman charactor and use cqb. Well after making one (1) kill, a close range shot w/ the 50 after a brief knifing pass. I run to top of hill and a auto nade gun is there so I proceed to lauch 25 or so.The next thing I now there is a message typed in BOLD and I look away from the game to read and Poing I'M kicked from the game. Never even read the first word of his reason I suppose for BANNING me. Does this kind of behavier happen alot because I did'nt know a rule that gets you banned. Never gave me a warning 2min into game he bans me. So heres what I did..I attempted to enter this server again again all during my tyrade I would change my name to explain why this host is an idiot. Each time a banned player tries to join the server his name appears in bright red letters at the top. So the trick is do this for 10-15 minutes till they shut down the server. Could not have been my name "Bucktooth Betty" could it? Please ppl give a player a chance to read whatever your problem w/ them is before banning them. 2 minutes I kid you not 2 minutes I was in that server.

LMAO.......I try.The funny thing was this was an NC server and I never typed a word not even a Howdy or nothin'.

I was just playing NC Snipers... Had 70 (I think) points. Lasted 25 min of the game with out getting killed. Got killed 4 times during the last 5 minutes. In the last minute of the game, I was going to explain why I was doing so well... Told them to look up more often, (I was up the radio tower... no one ever looked up or took a shot at me up there). Got banned from the server before I could explain where I was. Don't really know why. He made some statement that If I don't know you, your leaving.

To all hosts, please don't ban with out a good reason (cheating for example).

But seriously it sounds to me by reading both accounts of bannings from the NC Snipers game that it is being severed by immature people. [Quote "He made some statement that If I don't know you, your leaving."]

Or the other is that you were messing up their stats, (showing them up so to speak).

If they have that I don't know you mentallity why not run a closed server (password only). If you you run an open sever you would expect other unknown gamers to join!

I think your main problem was you went into a sniper server with a CQB, which...ya its sniper so snipers can play snipers. but still thats pretty immature what they 'done'

Dag....... this is some old stuff. Seems like an eternity ago that I was playing any LW but I guess it was less than a year.

I was pretty much a TFD junky so maybe what I was suprised most about was that it happened the first LW server that I entered after a long layoff from the game.

Bucktooth Betty never had a chance to break a sweat.....:D

there 5 year old kid host a LW game

ive been banned from NC snipers as well i dont recall exactly what i was doing, but i did not receive a warning either.

i think i was knifing people or using a pistol(which the server allowed) since i entered the game without a sniper weapon i was trying to find an armory or take someones weapon i killed a guy took his gun and didnt get a chance to use it.

i reconnected changed my name entered the server asked "wheres the armory" someone replied "there isnt one" banned again.

message to all parents !!!!!!!!DONT LET YOUR 5 YEAR OLD HOST A DF GAME PLEASE!!!!!!

Seems to me that some people just can't deal with a good a** kicking. There are many of these people/squads around. My advise to you guys; Cut your losses and move on. Don't get yourselves worked up over crap like this. It ain't worth the effort.

I have aquired the same problem, Bongo. I have heard from one server, that they punted me for using nades.. Which is completly itiotic. One place even banned me for talking to much... All said was 'NS' (Nice Shot) and they said ''be quiet or be banned.

Remember I posted this a year ago but I still see this type of crap in Team Sabre.

There are settings to shut off any and all weapons that you don't want used, is'nt it stupid that this kind of stuff still excists?

No, I'm a emote player, I like to talk in game instead of typing alot.

I switch up charactor types alot and it just happened to be a day where I wanted to use the females emotes to rub salt in the enemys wounds.;)

I do host TS/BHD and my rules are "No Glitching or [Censored]ing" thats it! Sometimes I like to meet new people and play new maps and sometimes I venture into unknown territory to rip some arse.

Ok so you ban people for disobediance to your rules without so much as a screen message? You get killed by a nade so you ban someone just because you did'nt like it? We are'nt mind readers, we are killers trained to kill you by any means. I'd chop your head off or set an atomic bomb off to kill you if I could.

You sound like someone who makes up the rules as you go to me. Your not supposed to like being killed, does'nt matter what weapon it its, your not supposed to like it!

BTW what are your rules just so we know not to play your ban happy little server?

May wanna try a simple " WHAT ARE THE SERVER RULES" when entering a new server? Even though we all have different opinions about weapons, and such, its a bit more polite. Gotta remember, the server has his opinion, and you have yours, but he will win, ( as hes the host, not you). On the topic of weapon restrictions, well thank god they are still around,lol, (for the dedicated sniper servers, or the knife only servers,etc,etc,). No use arguing w/the host, or the remote operator, this will definately get ya punted/banned, even if their rules seem a bit strange. ;)

Thanks to DFFAVS, the rules are auto-stated at the start of each map and are macroed to new joiners....and explained further if not understood. But I have a sneakin suspicion BONGO would get punted/banned for attitude, when hitting "esc" "y" would work best when unhappy with HOST rules. My "ban happy room" stays plenty full of regulars that enjoy the game due to the set rules. TYVM Deadlock, I have seen players ask upon entry to the room.... and is nice in case I am too busy to have noticed them joining... as all the regs know the rules they can also help me pass the word to new joiners.

well its like this some people like the power they have to boot some1 and do it for the simple fact they want to have that feeling of complete control and may look 4 any excuses.

this would be an extremly ban happy server: ban someone for using the word hi but dont warn them not to use the word hi just ban them.

whats funny about this is some peps might do something like this and wouldnt think it was being ban happy

i wonder how full that server would be

Well your sneaky suspicion would be true if you are unable to take a joke. I save my gripes for forums like these and they are few are far between. I'm 37 years old and act as a perfect gentleman in others servers. The only times I get banned and or punted is when I kill someone in a way that they did'nt like very much.

You can ask anyone that knows me that I don't complain nor do I argue in game. I play the game sometimes not reading the lists of rules on how I'm supposed to go about my killing because sometimes I join in the middle of the game, not at the start. And your right, if I saw a list of childish rules I would hit the ESC Y as fast as I possibly could. Its a war game and there should be no rules in my opinion. Weapon restrictions is one thing but rules take the fun out of it. My server message says Welcome to FR BlitzKrieg.......Please die with dignity. And my only set rule is "No Glitching or [Censored]ing".

I still think your the type that makes up rules as you go. I would be willing to bet money on it.
