Hi, Im just making my first map for AW using Xmed so I hope this is the right place. So my problem is this, yesterday I had a working map and today it
doesnt work. I was sure that I hadnt changed anything in the editor but I can only assume I must have changed something but cant work out what it is?
I have an event setup so that when player1 or SSN leaves area trigger then about 12 men should jump onto their nearest emplaced weapons. I have also
tried using a group trigger, ie kill group 3 and men should jump onto weapons. As soon as I leave the area, or kill group 3 the game sysdumps. I
tried setting a 10 second delay on the event and the sysdumps happens 10 secs after event happens so I know its the event.
Can any1 offer a suggestion or take a look at the mis coz Im baffled. Like I said this was working fine yesterday.

What trigger are you using to leave the area?
Is this a Coop, or SP mission?

OK I have sorted it, But its strange?
I got frustrated with it in the end and decided to delete the whole event and start over. When I deleted the event and went in to check it the map
played fine except the men didnt get on their guns, obviously. So, I go thru the motions of linking each man with the gun SSN next to him and I notice
that all their numbers have changed ... on their own? The SSN that they were meant to goto were now the SSNs of other enemy men I had placed. I
certainly didnt change them all, so my question is how did this happen, and does it happen often?
The map is CoOp and its for the AW mod. Its quite a basic map with a few events an no wac file. The trigger I was using was area trigger 1, If
player1 or SSN10000 was in area 1(false) then put men in nearest weapons, I also used if group 3 all dead then again put men into weapons. I had them
all working before and now have them working again.

Problem with ssn10000 is that it's NOT for Coop, and will not trigger correctly.
ssn10000 is the host, so only the host will trigger that event.
You should be using group 1 leaves area trigger.
Sometimes the med will reassign the ssn numbers, but, it's not suppose to unless you select that option from the menu..I think it's called "cleanup
ssn", or something like that..

OK m8 Ive changed that to Group 1. And I could have easily pressed some sort of cleanup button as I kinda click everything to see what it does :0
If I find a differant problem I cant solve but for the same map, should I add to this post or post a new topic?
