The editor would be modeled from NILE with both the dfx and nile workability. I for the life of me , cannot line things up in wire frame to save
beans.

Ummm I dont get what your asking for here, are you asking about a MED that includes Niles worldview? or a modeling program to make new models?
For one thing if you cant line up objects in wireframe mode in MED then you sure as... wont be makeing any models, because thats 99% wireframe.
