use fog color of 255 255 255 with a night sky

reread your post there is smoke that is in your med if u need to find it look under decorations you'll probably have to use several large steams if
you want white. U can also check particle effects to see if there is one that fits
particle effects
1. place a teleport target
2. assign it a number(middle right of item attributes window for teleport target)
3. select a partical effect for teleport target(bottom right of same window)
4. make an event that starts the particle effect
a. edit(upper left of med)
b. select events
c. in the THEN[action part of the EVENT] put in create particle effect at target(number of teleport target)
NOTE: some particle effects only happen once and happen briefly you may have to reset event every 10-20 seconds so it will happen again or set
something to trigger the event IE. if group 1 players is within area trigger 1 then do particle effect
