That depends on what u want...Look at all the tutorials, there will be a link to an application mentioned that you would need for making a terrain.

Start with downloading BHD Mod Tools.
Hopefully this will get you underway in terrain making.
You will also need Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or any image editing program.

If your wanting to make a bhd terrain then just follow this tut.It tells u how and what tools are required.

I was talking about the link to download the ModTools, his link is fine, but hte"Download Now" one has an error...
