I was hosting a map the other day and noticed the tiles for the streets were really cool. I was able to load the til. file into a map I was making and
use them. Next question. I want to make my own tiles. What prog will open the til. file into a graphic format that I understand and can repaint and
modify them?

There are 2 files for JO:E, they are called trntileA1.tga and trntileC1.tga.
There's 1 for JO:TR as well....TRNTILE10.tga
They are all compressed, so you will need the unofficial jo mod tools from the download section to make them useable.
Use one as a pattern, rename it to whatever you want, and it will show up in the med.
