how do u convert a terrain from another game?say i want to convert a bhd terrian to df2.what files do i need to get from the bhd pff file?ive seen
stickies and tut's for making them but not converting

best way to start is open the pff and find the name.trn file open it useing a readme,that will tell what items that terrain uses. once you have that
you can use the fwo terrain converter to convert the cpt to a height map. then you make the changes that are needed to run it in df2 which are nothing
more then file format changes like from tga to pcx.
