i have just reinstalled nile ,i have done it the same way as befor except i have put it in to jo ex but not al the objects show up, when you klick on
them,nor on 3D i only get the yellow box,any one know why

You lost me here mate..
You should install NILE to it's own folder.
Then, when you run NILE, you can add the new ESC stuff...

ok to begin with when you install it just create its own folder in the novalogic folder. it doesnt need any of the game files with it.
now did you set its resource directory to the joint operations directory or the expansion directory.
