I am a new map maker and i have like 4 questions
1) what is blink group
2) what is a koth center
3) what does teleporting do
4) and finaly how do i load maps when hosting
i know i should look for the topics but der hard to find

I suggest you read a map making tutorial. i have one for tfd which is basicly for lw but you can find one in the downloads section i belive.
koth center is simple its where the zone is in tkoth or koth maps. To load maps you simple save the fiile so you can edit it again and also export
binary mission and save that to your dflw folder.teleporting when used correctly in a event will teleport groups of people,buildings,vehicles, etc
from one spot on the map to another. Blink groups i am not to sure about will have to wait for someone else to answer on that one.

Start with the editor manual sitting in your DFLW folder.

I have a teleport tutorial if you want to check it out, And you also might want to download and read the DFLW Med Help that Iceman and Eagle Eye have
in the dflw download section. also i believe the tunnel Tool in the dflw download section has the info you want on blink groups.

thanks der med help didn't really help me i have figured most of it out for myself its just i don't know what a koth center is or teleport and i wanna
put water in a certrain bit of my map is that possible ?

you cant put water in a ceartain prt if you ment put it in a hole thats on top of a hill.

Did you find out what the koth center is?
if not its for king of the hill maps. The "hill" your defending you might say.
I can tell you what its good for in map editing. if you want to put something in your map in a circle like walls or something
put a koth center in the middle of where you want it. In the item atributes window under where you number a waypoint is another box called distance.
default is 4 but change it to whatever size circle you want. there now is a perfect circle for referance.
The distance thing works for regular waypoints too, if your putting a players waypoint in and dont need them to go to that exact spot make it 10 or
15.
