I had to register HT, just to pay my respects to the man. He didnt have to help the lady in trouble but he did and got hurt doing it - I wish there were more people like that in this world.

Thought he will get, a lot of them. Sad to hear such things, it brings the real life into this fictionally world, we all live in... People like him ain't people that we wanna have shot, but it is the risk he will take to help another human being in need, and that is truly wonderful of him

thanks alot guys, this kinda support means alot.
Steptoe, we are gathering posts for his wife to view and take it back to him in the hospital. We are also gathering prayers for him.
If you dont wish to express any compassion for a fellow gamer that was shot while commiting a heroic act, thats up to you. but when I see your posts like this,

And BadPup I think you have let yourself go off half ****ed because you have full knowledge of the situation and you act as if everyone else does as well when in truth we are all ignorant of the facts because your news story contains well.. No News.. just a link to your locked forums..

Sorry but I wont register just to read one post either.. just a net thing.. nothing to do with the topic at hand.. I wont register to download stuff either ..

If theres forced registration on a site.. its somewhat worthless to post a link to it.. why not post the story here.. and then people can read it without being forced to register on the site thats linked if they want to proceed over to your site afterwards and leave a comment they will be more likley to if given details..

Anyhow I say all this with abosolute respect for you Bad Pup.. and with no malice.. its just a matter of internet ettiquette if you post a link on a public forum that goes to a locked room its somewhat disrespectful to the person whos site you posted it on.. (ME)

BTW.. if I had been able to read more than a one line thing on your site saying SilverHack has been shot.. I might have been able to leave a post with my thoughts on that subject rather than this one.. but currently thats all I can get other than a thing telling me to join..

So all I can say is

Sorry to hear he was shot.. but short of knowing the details its impossible to say more.

to clarify my post as well... i'm the same as step and AB. i'm registered on a fair few forums... and there is a limit to the amount of forums i am willing to be registed to... if i knew details about what has happened.. i might be persuaded to register to post my thoughts... but i tend not to register to see the unknown....

i meant no disrespect to silverhack, and hold in my thoughts anyone that has the misfortune to be shot.... but until i am easily able to read the details I can't comment on what happened.,.

Silverhack was shot while trying to save a woman who's ex-husband was trying to murder her. He went for a late night walk heard her scream and went to help. When he entered her home a fight ensued with the ex-husband and the gun went off hitting Silver in the side. When the cops arrived the gunman was shot and killed. Silver has lost a kidney and has been touch and go for awhile. We are asking that people include a prayer for him his wife and his kids. They have all been through alot. You see Silver is what they call a real hero he put his life on the line to save another and God will surely bless him.


We have asked for you to post at our forums because his wife does not know how to use a computer that well. She only knows how to get to our site and we wanted as many ppl as we could to show her ppl do really care.

Thanks guys it means so much to all of us. Yes we are hurting. Me and a few other guys have known Silver for a very long time he's like family to us and not knowing is what hurts. Anyone of us would take his pain away if we could. :(

Hey Guys,
thanks for all your posts and kind words at the site. This means alot to us. SilverHack has been with us for along time now and we are very close knit.
I have no doubt that this will bring alot of support to SilverHack.
I had no intentions of making you guys jump through hoops, sorry about that. I was just doing what I could for a friend. I hadnt thought it through completely.
When you get the feeling of helplessness your nerves are on edge.
BPC isnt the everyday squad, we take part in each others lives from school, work and family.
This situation is extremely painful on us, and we know it must be even more of a pain for his wife.
Thats why the expediancy.

Again thanks alot for the support and kind works, you guys are truely blessed.

Tonight SilverHack returned home and the first thing he did was join the server. We were beside ourselves to see him back in the game again.
As he viewed our forums and found the never ending posts of well wishes, I believe it touched his heart. He was speachless for a good 30 minutes.

On behalf of the BPC family I would like to express our deepest and sincere Thanks for your support and wishes for our friend.

I just read this and dont know where any of it stands but this I say "Good Form" ur efforts are commendable many would not put themselves in harmd way for another in todays world so hats off to you.
To you wife and children I say "hold ur head up and support him" also "GOD be Praised" for his saftey.
I too have been shot. 7 times with a .380 handgun and not for a noble cause.

I'm sorry to post this so late but i have been grounded for a long time and only just read about silvershack today. I am very sad that he was shot, but he did it in a heroic and brave way, i am glad that he would put his life on the line to save anothers life. he will be in my prayers, too keep him safe in the future.

i am just glad everything came out ok, and that silvershack is ok and still here playing with us. i will have even more further respect for the man

Seeing all the posts in our forums and all the links to forums with more posts brought the grown man to tears. It's something when you see that you not just another name on the screen and that we somehow belong to a vast brotherhood of caring people.
