Yeah the movies are always about 45% correct, compare to the books, just look what Peter have done to the Lord of The Rings Trilogy. There are so many
scenes that never have existed in the book, and even more that is missing, that should have been there. And so many of his own "I think this is a
better storyline" than the real deal. Now alot of nOObs who never read books, but only watch movies, will have a completly wrong view of the great

I think BHD is a great game, I could play it for hours...only if I didnt get booted cuz of my ping times on mp...Does anyone know what the maximum
amount of people you can have in a server with a 48k-56k connection without getting punted? It prolly just depends on the map and the server
though...nvm...I can usually have about 16 people in there, anymore than that...IM GONE! lol

I just got DFBHD just 2 days ago, and it is way better than DF2, I know I am comparing a 4 year old game to a recent game, but man has Novalogic
improved!, seeing the shadows and all the realistic graphics, it defintely is great in these areas. I also like how they put the terrorists behind
civilians and you have to pick your shots carefully. Gives sort of a mixture of delta force and swat (clearing rooms).
However, you can tell this game is uniquely Novalogic's. As it has been said many times before, the AI, really is not realistic. They are too
skilled or not skilled at all. The game still uses waypoints to trigger events, just like df2. Also still one kind of terrain, which is ok for
DFBHD, since it is after all in Somilia, but luckliy there is Team Sabre, that I will buy later that should make BHD more fun.
Multiplayer in Novaworld is what makes BHD a game to buy. But once again way different from DF2, BHD is urban warfare, which took me a long time to
get used to, since the players all blend in with the wall. But novaworld is fun! using the blackhawks and they have miniguns on them!
sweet........I still think they should add more guns though.
So three words for BHD = FUN GREAT IMPROVEMENT!
P.S.: They should add another terrarin, the snow, I still miss my df2 snow or do they have that for TS?:D

He more than likely doesnt see the lag he will automatically compensate for it like aiming slightly in front of players it is more apparent to someone
playing against a 56k with cable or dsl..I tried it with a pal on his 56k he noticed no differance in game play but i had a right old job nailing

I love all the Delta Forces but BHD has to be my fav I love the mission maker it's sort of easy to use the single player is fun the graphics is good
the sounds of bullets flying by you are great . Plus all the tatical stuff like sneaking, knifing (ohhhhh yeah). The LAN and NOVA WORLD are
great fun to.:D

I played BHD for years, and although I have liked playing the game, it has major flaws...
The good part, I love the weapons. The guns are much more powerful and accurate compared to the ones I used to play in TFD. The graphics when they
first came out were much better than previous versions. The map editor was much better, easier to find things and build a map.
The bad part, glitching one of the most annoying aspects of the game. Even though the graphics where better, too many buildings looked the same and
too many buildings were lumped into one group so you couldn't change the order when map making. Often times it make the maps appear the same at a
glance but they were different maps.
In previous DF games like TFD, there was the "jump lag" In BHD, people run into buildings or containers but able to swing or shoot accurately at
incoming enemies. More examples of things that resemble the "jump lag" include side stepping while swinging or shooting like crazy. This style could
also have a little back stepping too. It depends how complex a person wants to make it. I tried this style, and could see it was hindering others
from killing me, but to me it wasn't legit move as I wasn't swinging very accurately just basically waiting for the guy to get into the wrong angle so
I could kill him, which is no skill involved.
Speaking of back peddle a popular ideal in games like LW, and TFD, this is another glitch which can be found in BHD...People use it a lot, it makes
the knife longer, and makes it easier to throw the other guy off while shooting...Granted, I'm not against back stepping if it wasn't for the glitch,
but with it, is another story.
Even back peddling in the water to knife people is another glitch, or above water while shooting...The character body's shakes (similar to that of a
"jump lag") giving the person time to shoot or knife someone who would otherwise die in that situation.
Now we come to knifing in general, I love to knife in BHD more so than previous versions...However, knifing around your side to hit the guy in back of
you is not good. I can't tell you how many I knifed whom I didn't see, I just had an angle. Knifing around to the backside allows closer knifing
than there if you were in front of the guy.
Lag is also a problem with BHD even with very much faster connections compared to when it first came out. Fog and water normally play a key role in
lagging the maps...Certain structures if enough of them also cause server lag.
Unlike previous games, BHD relies mostly on defensive tactics, which is not surprising because basically BHD is a sniper's game.
BHD in real life wasn't fought like that, only the weaker military or civilians fight like that because they were out gunned...lol
Even so, being a sniper game isn't all that bad, I believe if they would have fixed some of or all of the major flaws in this game, it would have
blown away any game out there, and would have been more fun to play rather than listening complain about glitching, lag and watching people using
glitches and what not...Yea, you would still have some of that as some like to play mind games on the other, but at least limiting lag, would be part
of the game, and glitches would not be part of the game.
BHD needs another expansion to fix all that...lol
